Darcy at the front desk was very helpful and very polite, the rooms were very clean with some nice amenities such as high resolution smart TV, modern fixtures, microwave, and fridge. Will definitely be stopping here again!!

I deeply enjoyed this place! It’s a renovated motel, so it’s giving modern/trendy styling in a motel layout. My boyfriend and I did an overnight in Napa, and stayed in a king bedroom. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. I really loved the LED vanity outside of the bathroom for getting ready. For us this locations was within 20 minutes of everywhere we needed to be. Staff was SO friendly. Would def recommend. We booked our room off Airbnb, and it was the best price we could find.

Love the thoughtful and trendy updates to this charming motel. The staff was friendly and you can't beat the central and convenient location, especially for a long weekend where you want to maximize your time. All of the wineries we visited were within a 20 minute drive, and Downtown Napa and Yountville restaurants are even closer. We slept well and it was clean and quiet place to come back to after being out all day. Overall, it's a excellent value for the price and I would stay here again and recommend to others!

Updated room, great design. Front desk was friendly. I requested an upstairs room because I'm a light sleeper. She was quick to accommodate. The room was very clean. Lots of lighting! The motel is in an area that gets a decent amount of traffic and the walls of the room are very thin. Be prepared to bring ear plugs or you will not sleep. I could hear absolutely everything outside my room. From voices, to the AC below me, and every single car. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and the motel is right by lots of convenience. My only note for the hotel owner is that for me, to feel safe as a single traveler I would like a secondary lock on the inside of my door.

Terrible service. They're only interested in money, not the customer. They charge an extra $25.00 for a coffee. The night I stayed there, I found the room my company had reserved for me with a giant spider. I was about to cancel the reservation, so I called the office and had to wait on hold for over half an hour, unable to rest. I also called my office to report the problem and sent them proof of the insect. It took almost 45 minutes for the receptionist to come to the room, only to ask me if I was afraid of spiders. I'm not afraid of spiders, but who can rest peacefully knowing there are poisonous insects in their room? Almost all the window blinds were damaged. I rested for a few hours and left wondering why hotel owners don't care about the peace of mind of travelers. Maybe it's because they have their money guaranteed, and we just put up with it. That's my opinion as an employee who travels to do his job.

Nicely renovated motel in downtown Napa town. Small room recently renovated with nice bed, furniture, bathroom and fixtures. Although I prefer a softer mattress, I slept well. Friendly staff. Good parking. There's a supermarket across the street too. I've bookmarked this place so I can stay here again in the future.

What a wonderful time at the Good Springs motel. Very clean,comfortable & safe. We enjoyed the hot tub & Pool. Very centrally located for everything we needed.

This motel has recently been remodeled. The rooms seem small because of the king-sized bed. But the room has a mini fridge, a small microwave oven and very good lighting. The vanity area is a nice touch! The pool was quite cold, and the hot tub was comfortably hot.
